Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More images made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
